A few things worth knowing before you print a stack of them.
Solving 5 + __ = 12 requires a child to subtract, even though the sign says add. That inverse relationship is the foundation of algebra later on, and it is why these sheets are worth more than their simple appearance suggests.
Most children count forwards fluently long before they can count back. Backwards sequences, especially crossing a ten, expose gaps that forward counting hides entirely.
