Questions, bug reports and requests for new generators are all welcome. There is one address and a real person reads it.
We aim to reply within two to three working days. Spenthra Tech Pvt Ltd operates the site from India, so replies usually land overnight if you are in Europe or the Americas.
Most questions already have an answer — answer keys, paper sizes, using your own spelling list, printing at the right scale, and whether any of this costs money. The FAQ page covers those, and every generator has its own FAQ for questions specific to that worksheet type.
Nothing you make is stored on a server, so we cannot look up your worksheet from our side. A few details make the difference between a reply and a fix.
The most useful thing you can send is the worksheet code. Switch on “Print the worksheet code” in the Footer & advanced panel and a short code appears at the bottom of the sheet. Because generation is fully deterministic, that code rebuilds your exact worksheet here — which usually turns a vague report into a fixed bug.
Tell us the browser and version, the paper size, and whether the preview looked right before you pressed print. Printing problems are almost always specific to one browser and one page size, so those three details narrow it down immediately.
Say what the exercise looks like on paper and which age group it is for. Concrete requests — “number bonds to twenty in a part-whole model” — are far easier to act on than a category name, and several generators here started as exactly that kind of message.
Send the word or character that broke, as text rather than a screenshot if you can. Shaping problems tend to involve a specific conjunct or matra, and having the actual characters means we can reproduce it rather than guess.
The site is built so that student names and class lists never leave your browser, and emailing them to us would quietly undo that. If you need to send a worksheet that has names on it, replace them with placeholders first — or just send the worksheet code, which rebuilds the sheet without carrying any of your content.
The same address covers press enquiries, and questions from schools or districts about using the generators across a department. You are already free to do that under the terms — no licence or permission is needed — but we are happy to confirm it in writing if your procurement process requires it.
