The short version: the worksheets you make are yours to print and teach with, the generators are free and stay free, and if you buy a printable pack you can have your money back within 7 days for any reason at all.

1. Who operates this site

freeworksheetgenerator.com is operated by Spenthra Tech Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India, GST registration number 07ABRCS9761M1Z8. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company. Questions about anything on this page can go to support@spenthra.com.

2. Using the site

Using the site means you accept these terms. There is no account to create and no subscription, so if you disagree with anything here, simply stop using the site.

Every worksheet generator on this site is free and stays free. Separately, we sell a small number of printable learning packs, which are the only thing on the site that costs money. Section 10 covers those; nothing in it applies to the generators.

The service is intended for teachers, tutors and parents preparing learning material. It is not aimed at children directly, and it collects nothing from anyone who uses it.

3. The worksheets you create

Worksheets you generate are yours to use. You may print them, photocopy them, project them and hand them out — in a school, a tuition centre, a homeschool or at home, including where you charge fees for your teaching. No attribution is required and there is no watermark. The footer text is editable if you would rather print your own school or class name there.

The one thing we ask you not to do is repackage the worksheets themselves as a product — selling generated sheets as a worksheet pack, or republishing them as the substance of another worksheet site or app. Teaching with them is the point; reselling them as inventory is not.

Any content you supply yourself — spelling lists, your own questions, matching pairs, student names — remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it, and as described in the privacy policy we never receive it in the first place.

4. Fonts embedded in the PDFs

Every font bundled with the site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which expressly permits embedding into a document. A PDF you download is not a derivative work of the font and carries no additional notice or obligation. The full licence text ships alongside the font files.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to produce material that is unlawful, or that harasses or endangers anyone — the custom-text fields accept whatever you type, and that trust only works if it is not abused. Please also do not attempt to disrupt the site for other people, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for ordinary visitors.

6. Availability

The site is a set of static files and generates worksheets on your own device, so there is no server for us to take down and little to go wrong. Even so, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add or retire generators over time. If a generator you rely on is retired, worksheets you have already downloaded are unaffected — they are ordinary PDF files sitting on your computer.

7. No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Questions and answer keys are generated automatically, and while they are built to be correct, you should check a sheet before handing it to a class in the same way you would check anything else you print. We do not warrant that the material fits a particular curriculum, syllabus or examination board.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost time, lost work, or a worksheet that turned out to contain a mistake. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Because worksheets are generated and stored only in your browser, we cannot recover a worksheet you lose. Clearing your browser data removes anything saved locally, and no copy exists anywhere else. Download the PDFs that matter to you.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised version will appear on this page with a new review date above. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.

10. Buying a printable pack

The printable learning packs are the only paid items on this site. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST, so the figure on the product page is the amount you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, our payment and delivery provider. You pay on a Payhip checkout, and Payhip sends your download link by email and keeps it available to you afterwards. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery is immediate and digital. There is nothing to ship and no physical item. If your download link does not arrive, email support@spenthra.com and we will send the file directly.

What you may do with a pack

Buying a pack gives you a licence to print and use it, without limit and for as long as you like, with the children you personally teach or parent — one classroom or one family. Print thirty copies for your class every year if you want to; that is what it is for.

What you may not do is pass on the file itself: no sharing the PDF with other teachers or parents, no uploading it anywhere, no reselling it, and no including it in another product. A colleague who wants it needs their own copy. If your whole school wants to use it, email us rather than copying it.

Refunds

If a pack is not what you expected, email support@spenthra.com within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for the file back — we would rather refund someone than have them feel stuck with something that did not suit their child.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with and typically take five to seven working days to appear, depending on your bank. After 7 days we will still read your email and will still try to help; we simply cannot promise a refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
